With C.F. Vatterott's reputation for quality construction and commitment to customer service, the Enclave Bellerive buying experience will be like no other. As part of the process, you will receive a Homeowner's Guide to lead you through the building of your new home. The Community Representative will assist you in selecting your homesite and our Team will work closely with you to help coordinate the color selection process.
We will provide you with a quarter-inch scale drawing of your new home - a Personal Design Plan (PDP), a valuable tool as the home building process unfolds. Your Pre-Construction Meeting will be one of the most important meetings of the entire process. You will meet with the On-Site Field Manager and the Community Representative to review your selections, plans, blueprints, colors, electrical diagrams, cabinets, custom changes and visit your homesite. Once construction begins, you will be involved in four additional important meetings.
At least forty-five to sixty days prior to closing the Field Manager and the Community Representative will notify you of the time and date for your closing and New Home Presentation. During the New Home Presentation the On-Site Field Manager will demonstrate and explain the systems and features of your new home. You will also meet the Customer Service Manager who will inform you of the procedures for obtaining warranty service and confirm that your new home meets the quality standards established by C.F. Vatterott. The Enclave Bellerive Team will guide you through this process as your new home is being built.
